NON BANK EMPLOYEES Can write JAIIB Exam but in the name of Diploma in Banking and Finance Exam. Once after joining the bank the JAIIB Examination certificate will be issued. INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION (IBA) gives preference to Candidates who passed IIBF Diploma in Banking & Finance Examination. Syllabus & exam pattern is same for JAIIB and DBF exams.
CAIIB Exam (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) consists of 2 compulsory papers and One Elective paper. Advanced Bank Management & Bank Financial Management Papers are compulsory. Candidates should have completed JAIIB before appearing for IIBF CAIIB Exam.
100 Multiple Choice Questions including 40 case studies, 2 Hours Time.
Minimum marks for pass in JAIIB , CAIIB and Diploma in Banking & Finance Exam is 50 out of 100 marks in each subject or at least 45 marks in each subject with a total of 150 marks in all subjects put together in a single attempt. There are no negative marks for wrong answers.
IIBF JAIIB and IIBF CAIIB exams are not mandatory certifications. Bank employees take up JAIIB and CAIIB Exams for the benefits of Career Growth, Promotion and Salary Increment.
